Any royalties that do not meet the minimum requirement of €50 will be carried over to the next quarter until they reach the minimum of €50. If you reach the amount and have submitted an invoice that is over 30 days old, then you are most likely in a country restricted by Western sanctions (e.g., Belarus, Russia, North Korea, etc.).
